Cooking fish has always been a quicker process than chicken. Well, this one is super easy, and it is dry form and shallow fried to reduce the fat. Other option is to bake them on a cooking sheet for 400C for 20 minutes each side, which is much more healthier.
Cut few fillets of tilapia to 4 inch pieces. Prepare the marinade with 1 tsp of black pepper powder + 1/2 tsp of chilli powder + 1/2 tsp of garam masala + 1 tbsp of lime juice + 1 tsp salt + 2 tsp of oil. Coat the fish pieces with the marinade on all sides, and let it sit for 45 minutes to an hour.
In a wide pan, add 3 tbps of oil, and fry them each side for 4 -5 minutes.
